Our Nursing Team are available everyday by appointment for chronic disease management, immunisations, dressings, suture removal, smears, travel advice and many more aspects of Health Care and Prevention.
Our reception team will assist in making appointments to see the doctor and nurses, undertake repeat prescriptions, and offer help and assistance at all times.
It is a legal requirement that confidentiality of patient's records is maintained at the highest level.
They are responsible for the antenatal and early postnatal care. The Community Nurses hold antenatal clinics at the surgery.
They provide nursing care to patients in their homes and give practical advice or assistance to patients, relatives and carers in coping with illness at home.
